That’s right. Xiaomi is all set to launch the Mi 9 flagship smartphone in China on February 20th, the same day as Samsung’s Galaxy S10 series launch. The company has sent out invites to the Chinese media. Xiaomi’s CEO, Lei Jun took to Weibo to announce the same and claiming “Xiaomi Mi 9 is a ‘super-powerful flagship’ from Xiaomi and the ‘Best Looking Mi phone so far.’” Meanwhile, multiple leaks and renders have flooded the Internet like this render below by Ben Geskin....

More than 3,00,000 Redmi Note 12 series sold in two months! Alvin Tse, VP of Xiaomi Global, was talking about the sales of the Redmi Note 12 series in India. He said that the phone series had racked up sales of over Rs 1000 crore in two months since its launch. That sum in itself might not mean too much to most of us who tend to evaluate phones in terms of units sold, so let us try to break it down: Xiaomi has launched three Redmi Note 12 devices so far – the Redmi Note 12, the Redmi Note 12 Pro, and the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ The most affordable of these was the Redmi Note 12, which started at Rs 17,999....

The Mi 4i was released mainly for Indian users, so it seems the Mi 4c is aimed at domestic Chinese consumers, first of all. We say the device is similar, because it features the same 13 megapixel rear camera along with a 5 megapixel one, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and a similar 3,080mAh battery. But the device seems to be getting a better processor, the Snapdragon 808 SoC, which is actually the same chip found in the LG G4....

That’s because just a day before the Mi A3 was launched, Realme announced the Realme 5, which is right in the Mi A3 alley. There is a price gap between the two, but there are enough similarities for them to be squaring off against each other in the smartphone arena. Which of the two is the superior? (Note: this comparison is between the 6 GB/ 128 GB RAM variant of the Mi A3 and the 4 GB/ 128 GB variant of the Realme 5, the highest variants of both devices)....

After nearly a fortnight of silence, Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi has finally confirmed that the Mi MIX 2S is set to go official on March 27. He, however, didn’t reveal any details regarding the upcoming Mi7. Apart from revealing the launch date, Lei has posted a teaser on Weibo that clearly highlights the Antutu benchmark score of the flagship. Incidentally, 2,73,741 score shared by Xiaomi on Weibo is way higher than those achieved by the Samsung Galaxy S9 or Sony Xperia XZ2....
