As expected, Nokia has brought the dual-SIM version of the Nokia X to India. At Rs.8599 ($140), that’s pretty competitively priced. If you still don’t know, Nokia X isn’t your typical Android phone. Nokia has taken the AOSP (Android Open Source Project) version of Android and has stripped out all Google services & Google APIs, and replaced them with Nokia APIs & Microsoft services. It is supposed to be the second non-flagship level smartphone from OnePlus after the OnePlus X but it sure comes with flagship smartphone level hype....

According to the tech blog GizmoChina, the new smaller OnePlus handset will be dubbed as OnePlus X and it is very clever of OnePlus to use the name ‘X’ instead of the Mini. Apart from this, the device is expected to be priced around $249 and expected to be released in October or November this year. We feel that the OnePlus X will probably be a mid-range smartphone running on Snapdragon 615 (or its equivalent) and also offers features like USB Type-C and a FHD screen....
