CNET’s Donald Bell says that Reviewing Kindle Fire was not an easy task and was probably his toughest assignment in 2011. Though the tablet is missing a lot of things like 3G, camera etc., Bell says that this is a tablet that wears its price tag like a bulletproof vest. Needless to say, the news didn’t bode well for the iPhone users and is likely to attract a series of lawsuits. Los Angeles residents, Stefan Bogdanovich and Dakota Speas have already filed a lawsuit with the U.S District Court for the Central District of California. The lawsuit accuses Apple of slowing down their older iPhone models when the new ones came out. The lawsuit further details how both the respondents own both the iPhone 7 and the earlier iPhone models as well....

Furthermore, even if we’re still talking about a huge amount, the judge denied Apple’s request for a permanent injunction against Samsung. At the time, Samsung said in its appeal that the damages award was ‘excessive and unprecedented’, as Reuters points out. The Asian company said it shouldn’t be forced to pay such a high price for making a “rectangular, round-cornered, flat-screened, touch-screened phone,” saying these are pretty basic features. And now fresh information suggests that things are once again improving for the South Korean company....

The Pegasus 4S, despite those two aforementioned features and a dual-camera arrangement, is no flagship, however. And its rest of the specifications show that.
