Galaxy Watch Active

To start with, the Galaxy Watch Active is a smart and beautiful assistant that helps you live a healthier lifestyle. It comes with a thin, light and versatile design, along with premium functionalities that make it stand next to some of its biggest competitors. The overall aesthetic feel of the device is minimal, keeping it simple and easy-to-operate. It manages to do a great job of monitoring exercise, sleep, stress, and health to help you stay fit and healthy. The Active is compatible with both Android and iOS and also with some other third-party apps like Strava, Spotify, Under Armour, etc.

Some of its highlighting features include- blood pressure monitoring: allows users to monitor their blood pressure and view it on their device with the help of My BP Lab app, which can be downloaded from the app store starting March 15; managing stress: keeps your stress level in check using breathing exercises to help you stay balanced, healthy, and focused; activity tracking: automatically tracks your ongoing activity to provide you with valuable insights.
